Patrick is an alum of The University of Georgia. Prior to coming to TOPS, Patrick worked in the Homeowners Association Management industry for 7 years at AssociationREADY.

Patrick has a background in the Real Estate software industry with large home builders where he played an integral part in developing and growing a national builders risk insurance program for the new construction industry.

By working directly with Management Companies, Managers, HOA attorneys and other CAM professionals, Patrick has gained invaluable insight into the industry and uses that knowledge to help clients prepare for the “curve balls” the CAM industry throws.
