Ashish Patel is an accomplished software engineer with over 25 years’ industry experience.  He is the founder and CEO of Pilera Software, a cloud-based property, and community management software company focusing on all-in-one communications and customer service management solution.  Pilera's web portals and community websites streamline property management tasks in one readily accessible and convenient place.  Pilera’s communications feature automate many tasks while keeping residents informed.  Pilera sends out over 3.5 million emails per year. Prior to founding Pilera, Mr. Patel was a senior level consultant for Fidelity Investments for 13 years.   Mr. Patel holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Boston University.  Ashish Patel has served as a board member of CAI-NH chapter.
