Extinguish the Angry Fire! This informative, interactive course offers insight into developing effective communication and negotiating skills, recognizing and successfully working with different behavior types and diffusing those “bombs” before they blow up.


This course is approved by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) to fulfill continuing education requirements for the CMCA® certification. www.camicb.org.

How to Claim CAMICB CEU Credits: (applies to CMCA, AMS, LSM, PCAM)  

If you were signed up on the roster for a credit class, you will be receiving a certificate for that class in the mail. A copy of this certificate will need to be mailed to the CAMICB along with your re-certification application, to receive credit for the class. 

Class instructors will independently provide CAMICB with the class roster for confirmation, so you will only be eligible for CEUs if you signed in upon joining the class. 

This class is approved for 1 continuing education unit by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
